Natural Hand Dyes
All FarmGirl Fancy yarns are hand dyed at my studio here in Crested Butte.I use materials that I have grown and harvested on my farm in Paonia, have responsibly foraged in the wild, or found in my kitchen! (I take material donations; think Avocado pits, flowers, onion skins, walnuts etc... ask if you are interested.). If I cannot find dye material here in the valley (like Cochineal or indigo)I buy from sustainable dye suppliers ( some are listed here). My yarns are sourced from local growers as well as all over the world.

I accept all unopened and unused yarn with a receipt. I encourage you to buy more than you think you need. There is nothing worse than running out of yarn mid project. If you find you have too much i will take it back. As long as it unused and in original packaging
